From North: Head south on I-5. Take exit 300B toward US 26 E/Oregon 99E/OMSI/Oregon City. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for Morrison Street/City Center, and merge onto the SE Morrison Bridge. Continue straight onto SW Washington Street. Turn left onto SW Broadway. Turn left on SW Salmon Street and enter the PMC/City Center Parking garage immediately on the right.
From South: Head North on I-5. Take exit 299B on the left for Interstate 405N toward US 26W/City Center. Merge onto 405N. Take exit 2A toward SW Salmon Street/Jeld-Wen Field. Merge onto SW 14th Avenue and then turn right onto SW Salmon Street. Building is at the corner of SW Broadway and SW Salmon Street – pass SW Broadway and enter the PMC/City Center Parking garage immediately on the right.
From East: Head west on I-84/US 30W. Take the I-5 south exit on the left toward Beaverton/Salem/City Center. Keep right at the fork and follow signs for City Center. Merge onto the SW Morrison Bridge. Continue straight onto SW Washington Street. Turn left on SW Broadway. Turn left onto SW Salmon Street, enter the PMC/City Center Parking garage immediately on the right.
From West: Head east on US26. Take exit 73 toward Canyon Road/Jeld-Wen Field and merge onto SW Jefferson Street. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto SW 18th Avenue. Turn right onto SW Salmon Street. Building is at the corner of SW Broadway and SW Salmon Street – pass SW Broadway and enter the PMC/City Center Parking garage immediately on the right.
We validate parking in the PMC/City Center parking garage attached to our building. You can enter the garage off SW Salmon Street or W Main Street, just east of Broadway.
If on Main Street, after crossing 6th Avenue, turn right into parking garage just past McDonalds. If heading east on Salmon, just after crossing Broadway, turn right into parking garage.
Take the parking garage elevator to the lobby level. Once there, exit to the street and walk north to the entrance of the 1000 Broadway Building, or use the glass doors to enter a back hallway entrance, which leads to the building elevator. Please bring your parking ticket for validation. We will validate parking for up to two hours.
Our Portland office is located across the street from the famous Heathman Hotel and the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. There are countless restaurants within walking distance, including The Picnic House, Southpark Seafood, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and unique food trucks in Pioneer Square.

Family Law FAQ
I live in Oregon but my spouse lives in Washington. Can I get a divorce in Portland?
You can get a divorce in Portland if you were married in Oregon and either spouse is a resident of Oregon at the time of filing the divorce case, or if you or your spouse lived in Oregon continuously for at least six months prior to the date your divorce case is filed. You must file for divorce in a county where you or your spouse currently live. However, your attorney does not need to be located in the same county where your divorce is filed.
How does a divorce case begin in Oregon state?
The process begins when a spouse files the petition. Once the petition is filed, you or your representative must serve your spouse with the appropriate papers. If the spouse wishes to contest the divorce petition, they must respond within 30 days from the date they were served.
How long does it take to get a divorce in Portland?
In Oregon state, on average, it may take between six and twelve months from the date your divorce case is filed until your divorce is final. However, the length of time varies depending on the complexity of the case. Cases with children, high assets, or contested divorce cases often take longer. Will the court consider spousal misconduct in my divorce case?
Oregon is a “no fault divorce” state, meaning the reasons of your divorce do not matter to the court.
