I don’t wish the stress or pain of divorce on anyone, but know that if you find yourself going through one, I am ready to be your partner through it.
Krista Mancuso

Krista Mancuso feels honored to help people through difficult events in their lives.

Throughout my professional career, I have found great joy in working closely with people to make their situation better, whatever that meant to that person at that particular time.”

Prior to her legal career, Krista worked in nonprofits to advocate for people whose voices aren’t often heard: students with intellectual disabilities, the homeless, and victims of domestic violence. As she observed the law’s power to help people in meaningful ways, Krista felt compelled to pursue her law degree. She ultimately opened a solo family practice.

Krista understands that divorce comes with questions, unknown implications for the future, potential financial insecurity, and emotional exhaustion. While she can’t promise that the divorce process will be easy, she promises to provide caring and hands-on legal counsel. She says:

“I don’t wish the stress or pain of divorce on anyone, but know that if you find yourself going through one, I am ready to be your partner through it.”

Krista places high value on her relationships with her clients. Many former clients think of Krista as a friend, and it’s not uncommon for her to receive cards or be greeted with hugs.

Krista is especially gratified by helping children and parents. She enjoys working with parents to craft a new family structure, so that the children feel secure. She firmly believes that parenting plans should be crafted so that they work for each family’s unique dynamics.

Krista lives in Beaverton with her husband, two sons, and three chickens. She volunteers with the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District as a committee member, and as secretary of the Parks and Facilities Committee. Krista enjoys gardening, baking, vegetarian cooking, and most of all, running. She is a proud Oregonian, and feels fortunate to raise her family in such a beautiful place.
